Any goods that are faulty or damaged on delivery may be returned for exchange.
Any goods not required for any reason will incur a 35% handling charge and the customer will have to pay for the return of the goods. Should the goods prove to be faulty, this cost will be reimbursed.
Goods can only be returned (whether faulty or not) by prior arrangement with KMS. Please contact the office for a returns authorisation number, using the goods return form below
