Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint we require you to notify us within 3 working days and we promise to deal with you in a reasonable, confidential and effective manner. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and you will be kept informed of our progress. Our Customer Service at KMS Electrical Supplies will always make every effort to resolve any dispute to its positive conclusion.
Pricing
The prices of goods and services ordered, any applicable tax, and shipping charges will be clearly stated before you finalise your order.The price you see on your order is the price you will pay.
Returns and Credits
You have the right to return products in the original packaging up to 7 days after delivery under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. However any cost for return will be deducted from your refund. Under the regulations you have a responsibility to ensure the goods are suitably taken care of prior to return.
Delivery
We have a standard delivery charge of £5.99, this is a nextday delivery providing your order is received before 2pm and subject to goods being in stock. If the goods are out of stock and delivery time is going to exceed 10 working days we will contact you before processing your order.
Order Processing
If we are unable to ship your order for any reason we will contact you directly(providing you have left a contact number) to inform you of the situation. Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that pictures are for illustration only, In line with our policy, we reserve the right to change products, specification and prices without notice.
